Croatia and Gardening

 
One of the most wonderful experiences of my life (so far) was a trip to Croatia last summer.  The food was amazing!  Everything tasted incredible.  Not only was the food fresh, but also much of it came from local areas, including my in-laws’ huge gardens.  -No GMOs here.  I recommend that, if ever you have the chance, go to Europe and taste the food!
   Since this great experience, I have vowed to be on time with my garden planting at home.  Knowing where your food comes from is so important, and knowing YOU grew it is that much more satisfying.  This year there will be a myriad of vegetables outside my backdoor, and yes, I will be pulling weeds religiously.
